Function Description:

The bipolar plate adhesive ring applicator is used to complete the sealing of graphite/metal bipolar plates with adhesive rings. It features automatic primer spraying, automatic adhesive ring application, completion of double-sided adhesive ring application, and automatic plate collection. Utilizing vision-guided adhesive spraying, intermittent adhesive dispensing, and adhesive wiping functions to ensure no adhesive overflow, no adhesive breakage, and no bubble generation. It can also be optionally equipped with an adhesive tank depth measurement module for online real-time quality monitoring.
